So I havn't made a post in like a million years! But I wanted to update!
Food--I've been eating all right this last week (not stelar but allright)
but I HAVEN'T BEEN TRACKING ANYTHING!!!! Oh my god, so bad!!! I have to be entering my info into SP otherwise when I don't see results I can't be sure that it's not me forgetting about a few hundred calories. (I get bad food amnesia sometimes, do you guys?)
Exersise!--The good thing is that I've totally stepped up my work outs. I'm good with cardio, (actually I think I'm pretty damn studly with cardio.) I go on the ellypticals for an hour every day, and I try to go 5 miles, if I start hitting 5 miles pretty consistantly I up the resistance (right now the resistance is at 15 out of 25.) This I'm good at, the thing I suck at is strenght training, whih I know is SO importaint! After days of trying and failing to get myself to finish a worout on the weight machines I finally got over my fear and started going to classes at my gym, last week I did 2 pilates classes and a muscle conditioning class. That's huge for me. I maybe super weak and not able to do everything, but I'm not letting that stop me!!
I don't feel like I can really complain about this now because I havn't been good with tracking last week (oh, and the week before, I was sick and didn't eat for 2 days, it just broke the habit.) But I'm just loosing weight SO SLOWLY!! I know I might be gaining muscle, but it's still frusterating. I've been seriously working out and dieting since febuary, I started at 222 and now I'm at 209. 13 lbs is nice and all. (Better than a gain) but not what I'd expect after so much hard work. I'm so close to breaking 200 I can taste it! (It's also supposed to be my 1st reward goal, I'm going to dye my hair blond when I get to 200.) But come on 13 lbs in 3 months, doesn't that seem crazy slow. (I guess it's more like 2 months because I was out of town for two 2 week periods.) I'm on 1200 cal a day, and I know you're going to say it's too little, but it's at the recomendation of my nutritionist, when I eat 1500 I maintain and don't loose at all.
Gah, so frusterating, I just want it to be gone now!!
